How will my product be shipped?

All items will be sent within Australia via AusPost. except where you have only provided a post office box. In that case it will be sent by ordinary mail unless you specifically request express. Overseas orders will be sent Austpost Standard International .Remember if you are ordering from outside Australia customs duties and prohibited import laws are your responsibility.

How much will it cost?

Freight on most items is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 within Australia and $45 overseas. Orders over $20 and some of our promotional specials are periodically offered freight free. For orders within Australia we will dispatch your order with an Australia Post Express Mail Satchel wherever practical. Large parcels may be sent with our Couriers for Capital Cities or major regional centres. If you have any specific freight request please let us know at the time of placing your order and we can advise whether there will be any additional cost.

Will my Product be Plain Wrapped?

Yes !! To ensure your complete confidentiality your parcel will not be shipped with Trade Marks, Company Logos or Identifying Labels.
